The Law Department is an integral part of the business management team. We work closely with management to advise and support the company.
We are responsible for all legal matters related to the business. These range from commercial issues such as acquisitions and contracts, to specialized practice areas such as competition law, advertising regulation, product regulation and corporate governance.
