Philip Morris International (PMI) has two companies in Malaysia: Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Godfrey Phillips (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, established in 1995, is our manufacturing business and produces PMI’s portfolio of leading brands for sale and distribution in both the domestic market and for export worldwide. It also acts as the Operations head office for PMI’s businesses throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Godfrey Phillips (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, is responsible for the sales and marketing of Philip Morris International’s brands in Malaysia.
About our operations
Our companies employ over 700 people. We have a head office in Kuala Lumpur, a factory in Seremban, and sales and agronomy offices throughout the country.
Our manufacturing facility in Seremban was the first tobacco processing facility in Asia. It employs more than 400 people, covers 43.3 acres of land and operates under strict environmental regulations.
