Philip Morris International (PMI) has two operations in Hong Kong: the headquarters for the Asia Pacific region and a business which supplies PMI products to the Hong Kong and Macau markets. Both operations recruit separately.
Asia Pacific regional headquarters
The regional headquarters for Asia Pacific supports PMI’s business in over 20 different markets, from Australia and New Zealand to Indonesia and Malaysia.
It is home to several key departments, including general management, planning and business development, corporate affairs, marketing and sales development, legal, operations services, finance, information systems and human resources and administration.
Local market operations
We are the market leader in Hong Kong, with a 51.6% share of the total cigarette market (source: ACNielsen retail audit, September 2005). We import and sell our products through appointed distributors in the domestic market in Hong Kong and Macau.
Opportunities in our domestic business are mainly in our sales and marketing departments.
