Every year we recruit some of the world’s brightest and most talented graduates. We help them to hone and develop the skills they will use across our many business departments – and for many, across the world.
We accept graduates from a variety of disciplines and higher education institutions around the world. Typically, we expect you to have:
 a degree from a recognized university or business school
a good command of English (written and spoken)
business experience through internships or student placements
Proficiency in more than one language is an asset, and you should be prepared to relocate as there may be opportunities to work in PMI offices worldwide.
